Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students' academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily, managing routines and schedules, driving students to activities, leading devotions

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse couple for the role and age requirements.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Begin with a 9-on, 3-off schedule and transition to placed houseparent.
