Job summary

Milton Hershey School on its Hershey, PA campus is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-site student homes and provide care for 8–13 students. This two-person role requires married couples with a strong commitment to student development and a willingness to lead daily devotions and chapel services while maintaining household routines.

Compensation includes a per-person salary of $46,917 with comprehensive benefits, free housing, meals on duty, and relocation/training support.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
