Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus homes and care for a group of 8-13 students. The two-person, married-couple position includes supervision, routines, meals, devotions, transportation, and budgeting, with a 9-on/3-off cycle and a path to a placed houseparent role.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples.
• Both spouses must be age 27+.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Work on a nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off schedule; later move to Placed Houseparent role.
