Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students.

You will supervise daily routines, manage schedules, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and help with budgeting and reporting.

This two-person role requires a married couple with at least two years together, both aged 27+, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; housing and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth in caregiving or mentoring.
• Two-person married couple and commitment to long-term residence.
• Spouses aged 27 or older.
• Willingness to supervise routines and activities.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean background and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Initial nine days on, then three days off; transition to placed home.
