Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8-13 students. This two-person role requires a married couple, both aged 27 or older, to provide care, guidance, and daily supervision, while managing routines and student welfare.

You will drive students to activities, lead devotions, and participate in Sunday Chapel, with duties including budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
