Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA invites married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will live in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

This two-person role requires commitment to a structured, family-like environment, with nine days on duty followed by three off, and potential transition to a placed home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
• Follow a nine days on / three days off schedule.
