Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8-13 students, providing care, guidance, and a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routine management, wellness checks, transportation to activities, and leading devotions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27+.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Able to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (no proselytizing).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students.
