Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples live in student homes, supervise approximately 8–13 students, and provide care, guidance, and structured family-like routines to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

The two-person role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, a two-year marriage minimum, and both spouses aged 27 or older.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Permit to drive student home vans after certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
