Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role places you in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.

You will manage daily routines, transportation, and activities, while providing mentorship and guidance. The position requires a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Clean driving record and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in development and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
