Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and supervise a group of 8-13 students. You will create a structured, family-like home environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development in a private, on-campus setting.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routine management, medication administration, and coordinating activities. The roles transition from initial joint assignment to a placed houseparent in a consistent student

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
