Milton Hershey School seeks full-time Flex Houseparents who are married couples to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then advances to a placed houseparent position with a stable student home.

You will provide supervision, guidance, and activities, including devotions and Chapel, while managing household routines and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel activities.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
