Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents who live in on-campus homes and care for 8–13 students. This role blends mentorship, supervision, and family-like leadership to support students' academic, emotional, and social growth.

The position runs on a nine-on, three-off schedule, with future placement as a single houseparent. Compensation includes $46,917 per person annually plus comprehensive benefits, housing, meals while on duty, and retirement

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couple must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
