Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA hires married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role requires living on campus with a group of about 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, guidance and support to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth (≤140 chars).
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
