Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. This role involves couples living in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, guiding their academic, emotional, and social growth in a structured, family-like environment.

Both spouses must be at least 27, married for two years, and commit to a smoke- and weapon-free campus while providing daily care and devotions, Chapel attendance, and community reporting.

Competenze

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
