Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on our Hershey, PA campus. The role involves supervising a group of 8-13 students in a family-like home, guiding academic, emotional, and social growth, and living on campus with your partner.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, wellness checks, driving to activities, chapels, and budget oversight. This is a unique, meaningful career with comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role, married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational programs.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
