Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, guidance, and care for 8-13 students. Schedule includes nine days on, three off, with progression to a placed home after transition.

Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person plus housing, meals, and comprehensive health coverage. Qualifications require a two-year married partnership, 27+ years old, and a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
