Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will live in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision and support for a group of about 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment.

Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single home. Benefits include salary of $46,917 per person (about $180,000 per couple) plus comprehensive insurance,

Competenze

Experience working or volunteering with youth.
Two-person couples role, married for at least two years.
Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
