Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC in Pennsylvania seeks a dedicated Live-In Caregiver for 24-hour in-home support. You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while ensuring safety and dignity for clients in their home.

The role offers stable block scheduling, overtime opportunities, and a supportive leadership team focused on your growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain awake/alert for overnight safety checks.
• Compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care with Dignity – Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises.
• Healthy Home & Meals – Plan, prep, and serve nutritious meals; keep the home tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication & Wellness Oversight – Provide timely reminders and track basic health indicators.
• Companionship & Engagement – Chat, play games, accompany walks, and support social outings or errands.
• Family & Team Communication – Maintain clear, respectful updates with loved ones and the care team.
