Visiting Angels Springfield is seeking a Live-In Certified Nurse Aide to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors in central Illinois. The role offers flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with opportunities for night and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medications and monitor health.
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, and daily activities.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support.
• Plan meals with client input and assist with shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and transportation assistance as needed.
• Be a supportive companion and report any incidents promptly.

Live-In Certified Nurse Aide Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Live-In Certified Nurse Aide Requirements
