Job summary

FCP Live-In is seeking Live-In Caregivers in Springfield, MA for per diem positions. Earn $54,236 to $63,336 yearly with a full schedule when possible. Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, companionship, and homemaking, with room and board included on cases.

Certified CNA, HHA, or PCA with elderly care experience is preferred. Flexible availability across multiple states is noted, along with 24/7 support and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Certified CNA, HHA or PCA with experience caring for the elderly.
• Clear health screens as required by state regulations.
• Successful clearance of state, federal and company background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide ambulation assistance and support prescribed therapies or ROM exercises.
• Oversee medications and reminders as directed by caregivers or supervisors.
• Provide companionship and engage the client in wellness activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and errands.
• Perform light homemaking tasks and ensure safe home environment.
• Provide dementia/Alzheimer's and Hospice care as needed.
