Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking a live-in caregiver in Massachusetts to provide in-home support and companionship. The caregiver will stay for 7 consecutive days, working 9-hour plans daily and earning regular pay for 63 hours weekly.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, and following care plans. CNA, PSS, and HHA licenses are preferred; a valid driver’s license is a plus. Competitive benefits and ongoing development available.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
CNA license preferred, PSS license and HHA license.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation.
Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols.
Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
Other duties as assigned.
