Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to combine meaningful work with a shared living arrangement.

As a live‑in caregiver, you will reside in the home as your primary residence, living alongside the individual you support. This is not a shift‑based or overnight role—this is a shared living environment where your day‑to‑day life is part of the home.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

• Comfortable sharing a home while maintaining professional boundaries
• Interested in building consistency, trust, and meaningful connection over time

If full hours are not available within the home, we will work with you to identify additional part‑time or full‑time hours supporting other individuals within Inclusion Factor or Melody Cares, based on your availability and preferences.

• Interests/lifestyle alignment: Enjoys routines, quiet evenings, attending church, spending time with family, painting, walking, bike riding, hockey, and softball.
