LENDA LOU ENTERPRISES LLC is seeking a compassionate live-in caregiver (female preferred) to provide non-medical, one-on-one support in a senior living community in Texas. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and meaningful engagement for an elder client.

You will assist with ADLs and IADLs, coordinate transportation, and help the client stay socially active, while maintaining clear communication with the care team and family.

Qualifications

• Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental ADLs (IADLs).
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, reminders, and organizing.
• Transport client to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Encourage participation in community events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, and organization.
• Transport the client to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.
• Encourage and motivate the client to participate in activities and social events offered within the senior living community.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Maintain clear communication with the care team and family as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred, especially experience assisting with ADLs and IADLs.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Friendly, personable, and patient with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in keeping the client engaged, active, and socially connected.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care at all times.
