Job summary

Endurance Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) on a per diem basis in New Jersey. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and access to a car. The role covers Weekday, Night, Evening, and Weekend shifts with hourly pay options and weekly direct deposit.

Care professionals provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, daily living support, mobility assistance, and transportation for appointments. A background check and ability to lift is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a caregiver.
• Valid drivers license and car required.
• Willingness to commute where needed and work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Companionship, conversation and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and safe mobility assistance to help prevent falls.
• Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care.
• Client transportation for errands and appointments.
• Medication reminders and assistance with filling prescriptions.
• Follow a care plan and report health status to the Care Team.
