Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. We are looking for individuals for on-going 3- or 4-day live-in positions. If you love caring for others, we want you on our team.

You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and companionship while using a care app to clock in/out and document care. Prior caregiving experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid is encouraged or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private)
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization
• TB test, background check, drug screen
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Comfortable with smartphone apps

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and observe health changes.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care.
