Job summary

CareDiem Home Care of Downers Grove in Naperville, IL is hiring compassionate caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. If you love helping others and want to be supported and appreciated, we want you!

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility/transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and using our care app to clock in/out and document visits. Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.
