The role involves personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and using a care app for documentation. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, and while a CNA/HHA certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. We offer flexible scheduling and ongoing training for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or senior living community).
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Use care app to document care activities.
