Job summary

FCP Live‑In in Hartford, CT is seeking a Certified Live‑In Caregiver to provide personal care and companionship to clients at their homes. The role includes ADL assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, transportation, and dementia or hospice care as needed.

Per diem schedule allows flexible hours with full-time weekly hours equivalent to 63 hours. Qualifications include CNA, HHA, or PCA with eldercare experience and successful health screens, background checks, and references.

About the Position

Live‑In Caregivers perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:

• Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing
• Ambulation assistance and help with prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises
• Medication oversight and reminders
• Companionship, socializing, purposeful engagement, and facilitating wellness
• Cooking, meal and snack preparation
• Shopping (grocery, household, other), running errands, transport to appointments
• Perform homemaking activities
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care
• Hospice Care
