Job summary

Happier At Home Care, LLC. seeks a dedicated live-in caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home support. The role includes personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, with oversight from on-call supervisors to ensure safety and growth within the team.

Caregivers are offered paid continuing-education credits, sponsorships for CNA/HHA training, and clear pathways into mentor or field-trainer roles, with a focus on client independence.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain awake for overnight safety checks.
• Comfort with basic cooking and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility support.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, maintain light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health indicators.
• Offer companionship and support social outings.
