Job summary

hce-careers is seeking a dedicated Live-In Caregiver for 24-hour in-home support. You will provide personal care, meal planning, light housekeeping, and companionship in a client’s home, ensuring dignity and safety.

Ideal candidates have prior live-in caregiver experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs with overnight vigilance. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain awake for overnight safety checks.
• Compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises.
• Plan, prep, and serve nutritious meals; light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide timely medication reminders and track basic health indicators.
• Offer companionship, games, walks, and support social outings or errands.
• Maintain clear, respectful updates with loved ones and the care team.
