Job summary

Legacy HomeCare is seeking a Live-In Caregiver in Eagan, MN. The caregiver will reside in the client’s home for several days at a time, providing personal care and daily living assistance with autonomy and meaningful client relationships.

Shifts include 16 paid hours and 8 guaranteed resting hours. Eligible candidates may receive bonuses and referral incentives; a valid driver’s license and CNA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of direct caregiving experience or Nursing Assistant certification / CNA.
• Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with older adult clients in one-on-one care.
• Stay in client’s home for multiple consecutive days.
• Assist with bathing, showering, and dressing.
• Assist with daily living activities and general household tasks.
• Provide hands-on care such as transfers and therapeutic exercises.
• Use a smartphone to complete e-documentation notes.
