Bluebird Care Leeds North is seeking a dedicated Live-in Care Assistant to provide compassionate, personalized care in a customer's home in Leeds. You will live with the client, supporting daily activities to promote dignity, independence, and companionship while following care plans set by Bluebird Care.

• Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Manage their medication and prep their meals
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
