Bluebird Care Leeds North is hiring a Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care in customers’ homes. You will work either independently or as part of a supportive team, delivering personal care, meal support, and light housekeeping with a focus on dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Kind, compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and light housework.
• Support with medication and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying and laundry.
• Be a dependable, friendly presence for customers.
