Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our summer camp facilities across the country. This on-site, live-in position runs May through September, with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and a supportive bonus structure.

You will supervise daily culinary operations, manage staff and budgets, ensure allergen safety, and collaborate with campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office to deliver scratch cooking excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens certification required.
• Proficient budgeting and inventory management.
• Ability to stand long hours in hot/cold kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Strict allergen safety protocols and top sanitation standards management.
• Administer inventory, food orders, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
