University Housing – The University of Georgia seeks a Residential Belonging Assistant to support living-learning communities on campus. This 20-hour per week, live-in student position helps foster belonging, coordinates activities, and connects residents to campus resources.

As part of Housing-Resident Progs & Srvcs, RBAs work with campus partners, attend trainings, and uphold the university’s equal opportunity commitments.

Competenze

• Completed two post-high school semesters.
• Be in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 at both the time of application and start date.

• Foster a sense of belonging and inclusion through implementing the residential curriculum.
• Collaborate with campus partners to provide educational opportunities for residents.
• Collaborate with staff in the residence halls to identify community needs and trends.
• Create rapport with residents by being visible in residential communities.
