Job summary

University of Georgia is seeking a Residential Belonging Assistant to support on-campus living communities. This live-in, 20-hour-per-week role focuses on building belonging, coordinating with campus partners, and guiding residents to campus resources for a supportive living environment.

The RBAs participate in required trainings, maintain GPA expectations, and collaborate with Housing staff to ensure inclusive programming and safe, engaged student life on campus.

Qualifications

• Completed two post-high school semesters.
• GPA of 2.75 at application and start date.
• Be in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct.
• Have a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Foster a sense of belonging and inclusion in residence halls.
• Collaborate with campus partners to provide educational opportunities for residents.
• Collaborate with staff to identify community needs and trends.
• Create rapport with residents and connect them to campus resources.
• Attend required trainings and meetings and stay for training.
