Job summary

Shoreline Community College in Shoreline, WA seeks an Assistant Director of Residential Life to provide live-in, day-to-day leadership for the housing program. You will supervise four Resident Assistants, run weekly staff meetings, and support residential programming and occupancy management.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive residential programming model that represents and meets the holistic needs of Shoreline’s diverse student populations and promotes their social and educational development and inclusion
• Recruit, select, train, supervise, and evaluate four Resident Assistants (RAs); lead weekly staff meetings and hold bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with student staff to support residential
