Easterseals PORT Health in North Carolina is seeking individuals to become Alternative Family Living (AFL) providers. You would host an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in your private home, offering 24-hour supports and habilitation. As an AFL provider, you will support daily living goals and help the person integrate into the community.

Depending on the individual, day programs or additional services may be arranged. CNA or DSP experience is preferred.

• Independent contractor arrangement, not a traditional employee.
