Job summary

Easterseals PORT in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a dedicated AFL Contractor to supervise and manage support services for clients with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. You will work closely with families and program supervisors to coordinate necessary services and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human services and at least three years of program and supervisory experience. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
• Must be QP qualified with 2 years of full-time work experience with IDD individuals.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to allow movement throughout the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor AFL contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate services and support needed for clients.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for assigned cost centers.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency standards.
