Job summary

Koch Foods, Inc. seeks a Live Haul Supervisor to support day-to-day operations at our Jacksonville, AL facility. You will train staff, supervise live haul drivers, and ensure safe driving and DOT compliance in a demanding poultry environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor in Animal or Poultry Science preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• Current CDL or ability to obtain within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Live Haul Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train employees and enforce Animal Welfare Policies.
• Assist in supervising live haul drivers and safe driving practices.
• Ensure safety policies are followed by team and drivers.
• Monitor PM Program.
• Assist in driver training,_hours tracking, and DOT compliance.
• Monitor and administer Drive-Cam System.
• Respond to farm catching and hauling issues and accidents.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
