Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the transfer, minor repair, and servicing of machines and related equipment used in poultry transfer.
• Aid in spotting for live haul trucks at farm to ensure safe practices and mitigate damage.
• Operate mechanical loading equipment in compliance with safety guidelines to avoid damage; notify personnel if damage is found.
• Evaluate loading equipment and vehicles; report mechanical defects or needed repairs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in implementing improvements.
• Wear personal protective equipment where required.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
