Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.
• Strong visual merchandising, retail presentation, product merchandising, decorating, design, or store environment experience.
• Ability to create compelling displays and product presentations that support sales, customer experience, and average ticket growth.
• Ability to turn promotions, seasonal themes, product priorities, and customer needs into clear store execution direction.
• Strong understanding of customer flow, signage placement, display balance, color, scale, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create visual merchandising displays across all areas of the Moana Lane store.
• Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Teams to execute visual direction, standards, and promotional displays.
• Execute seasonal merchandising changeouts and major promotions with signage coordination.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure accessible, easy-to-shop layouts.
• Own live and non-live display planning with emphasis on live goods.
• Travel between Moana Nursery’s three retail locations as needed.
