Job summary

Voodoo, a leading mobile games publisher, is seeking a Product Manager/Live Ops professional to own F2P strategies for Paper.io 2. You will drive progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.

You will collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure high-quality rollouts, write clear specs, and align teams while operating under tight deadlines to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• PM, Product Owner, Game Designer or Live Ops experience.
• Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics.
• Able to write clear specs and align teams.
• Experience on a successful live game and IAP monetization.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement F2P systems focusing on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.
• Take full ownership of specs, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring delivery.
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine features post-launch.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts and maintain docs.
• Prioritize development under tight deadlines to maximize impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors and adapting best practices.
