Job summary

Victory Live is a private equity backed technology company delivering an end-to-end software platform for the live ticketing industry. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to manage ticket supply chain logistics and support Members and Customers through the order lifecycle.

You will work with our in-house automation tools, handling manual fulfillment and providing phone and email support, while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer-facing roles
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle time-sensitive requests in high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Carry out fulfillment processes and monitor sales across 14+ marketplaces
• Understand marketplace policies and apply them to orders
• Maintain knowledge of in-house tools, automation, and inventory management
• Support end-consumers in purchasing and fulfillment
• Prioritize and respond to emails and calls in a fast-paced setting
• Assist Members with various support requests and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and elevate requests as needed
• Build trusting relationships with Members through open communication
• Follow up on client requests to reach satisfactory resolutions
• Exceed quality of service standards
