AWE Ventures is seeking an Assistant Talent Manager for a part-time contract in Memphis. The role focuses on coordinating talent, guests, and partnerships for live productions and events. Starting pay is $30/hr with growth opportunities as responsibilities expand.

The position supports booking, communication, logistics, and relationship management from invitation through event completion. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, organized, and able to keep multiple tracks moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating events and talent bookings is preferred.
• Passion for entertainment, community and live events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talent outreach and recruitment.
• Booking coordination for talent, guests, and partners.
• Performer communications and contract tracking.
• Document and paperwork tracking for events.
• Coordinate event logistics and sponsor/guest coordination.
• Maintain talent database and booking records.
• Support live event production and relationships with partners.
