Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support Eastern Washington University sporting events and other college venues. You will assist with ticket collection, guest greeting and ushering, while delivering excellent customer service at busy events.

Flexible, event-based scheduling and a part-time role are offered; no prior experience is required. This position is ideal for students, seasonal workers, or anyone seeking weekend and evening hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• As a condition of employment, employee must complete a background investigation and a post-offer drug/alcohol test and may pass a Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect tickets, welcome and usher guests, and provide superior customer service.
• Direct foot traffic and ensure cleanliness, operational efficiency and maintenance of designated areas.
