Job summary

iHeartMedia Markets in St. Louis is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to support the promotions and marketing teams. You will help execute remotes, events, and on-site activities while engaging attendees and capturing event highlights for social platforms.

The role requires a strong organizational sense, reliable driving, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Prior outdoor promotions or customer service experience is preferred, with a flexible, team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with promotions or marketing events is a plus.
• Excellent driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move objects up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotions such as remotes, events, van appearances and other activities.
• Coordinate prize inventory, prize sheets, prize fulfillment and release forms.
• Set up and break down audio equipment, promotional tents and banners.
• Activate events with games and music and engage attendees.
• Capture event highlights via photos, video, audio or social media.
