Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Project Manager to lead onsite projects in the greater NY area and manage timelines, budgets, and technical solutions. The role requires travel locally (40-50%) and out of market (15-20%), with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and coordination with multiple teams.

Responsibilities include daily progress reporting, site walks, and cost estimation collaboration with sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office & Teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent relationship and team skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onsite project management lead for greater NY-based jobs (40-50% travel).
• Prepare daily progress reports with attendance, photos and metrics.
• Coordinate site visits and travel; ensure installations meet code and client specs.
• Manage project prep in Hauppauge warehouse; assist with planning, schedules and logistics.
• Ensure safety orientations and PPE compliance; oversee procurement and budgeting.
• Review drawings with CAD and foreman; monitor shop production and timelines.
• Communicate with client, management and sales during build/strike phases.
