Qualifications

• Degree or current enrollment in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing, or Communications (preferred)
• Competitive, sports-minded mindset and drive to win
• Excellent verbal communication with diverse audiences

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced live events environment across Indianapolis
• Reliable transportation for daily event travel in Indianapolis

Responsibilities

• Represent Elite Exposure at live pop-up events and community activations in Indianapolis
• Develop and deliver on-brand public relations messaging face-to-face with consumers
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners
• Support pre- and post-event communications to boost engagement and awareness
• Track event performance, public response, and campaign results for leadership
• Collaborate with senior team to refine messaging and improve outcomes
• Grow into a senior PR/leadership role based on performance
