Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking a ROC Operations & Scheduling Manager to lead the coordination of the OC VIBE Remote Operations Center. You will schedule personnel and resources for events and manage content delivery across ROC disciplines, ensuring on-time deployment.

You will partner with content creators, technical teams, and stakeholders to optimize staffing, budgets, and operational plans in a dynamic live-entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex production schedules, resources, contractors, and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced live entertainment environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ROC scheduling and staffing for events and shifts.
• Manage contractor labor pool and resource plans across ROC disciplines.
• Oversee ROC master event and production calendar and content delivery timing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align budgets and resource plans.
